What is TrustMark?
TrustMark is the government’s quality scheme for tradespeople working on homes. It’s the only scheme with official government endorsement. Established in 2005, TrustMark helps homeowners find installers who meet verified standards.
The scheme operates as a not-for-profit organisation. This means all income goes back into improving standards and consumer protection, rather than generating profits. Over 500,000 homeowners use the TrustMark website each year to find registered installers.
There are currently over 15,000 TrustMark registered businesses covering 156 different types of home improvement work. Majestic Designs is TrustMark registered through FairTrades, one of the longest-established TrustMark scheme providers in the UK. FairTrades has been a TrustMark scheme provider since 2006.

In the unlikely event that you have a dispute with a TrustMark registered installer, complaints are managed through an independent dispute resolution service. This makes lodging a complaint much fairer, easier and quicker.
Unlike many window companies who use dubious casual workers, all of Majestic Designs’ installers are employed by us, MTC registered and FENSA accredited. This means that should you have any complaints about installation, we can quickly follow these up with the team who completed your installation.
3. Financial Protection

If a TrustMark registered installer stops trading before completing your installation, your deposit will be completely protected thanks to the deposit protection schemes and warranties that all registered TrustMark registered companies must legally provide to their customers.
