At Majestic, we employ every one of our staff members directly. This isn’t the norm across the home improvement industry though. In order to cut down on costs, many home improvement companies across the country don’t actually employ their own staff. Instead, they hire out local builders, plumbers and window fitters to carry out installations on their behalf: this is called ‘sub contract labour’.
Why we employ all of our staff
